WITWEB SOLUTIONS(“we”, “us”) operates HTML Email Builder. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it and your choices.

Information we collect

  • Account information. If you create an account, our authentication provider (Clerk) stores your email address and basic profile details so you can sign in securely.
  • Content you save. If you save a campaign, its content and settings are stored in our database (Supabase) and linked to your account.
  • Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard technical data such as IP address, device and browser type for security and delivery.

You can build and export emails without an account. In that case we do not store your email content on our servers.

You own your content

We do not read, mine, sell or repurpose the content of your emails, and we do not use it to train models. You retain ownership of everything you create. Saved content exists solely so that you can load and edit it, and you can delete it at any time from the editor.

How we use information

We use the information above only to provide and secure the service: to authenticate you, to save and load your templates, to keep the product working and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

How we protect information

We apply industry-standard security controls appropriate to a modern web application:

  • Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
  • Authentication is handled by Clerk, a specialist identity provider; we never store or see your password, and multi-factor authentication is supported.
  • Content is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase) with row-level security enabled and encryption at rest.
  • Server access to data uses least-privilege credentials and is scoped to your account on every request.

Our providers maintain recognised security and compliance programs (for example SOC 2). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Disclosure and overseas transfers

We share information only with the service providers that run the product, currently Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database) and our hosting provider. Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information consistently with the APPs.

Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you can delete saved content at any time. To make a request or raise a privacy concern, contact us via witweb.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
